You can disable any of the existing menus that you don't want using the interface at LMS > Settings > Player (tab) > Additional Browse Modes Fwiw, the "Music Folder" menu will let you browse the folder structure of your music library as it exists on your hard disk, if that's the way you prefer. LMS enables you to browse your music in a wide variety of ways, and to create custom menus that meet any specific needs you may have. What you're seeing is a list of menus - 'views' - of your music files, based on their tags or other attributes that LMS can determine (eg, how often you play things for Top/Flop tracks). LMS hasn't created any folders or moved any files - the folder/file structure on your hard disk is exactly how you made it. It created folders with artists names and things like that, which I really do not want, and it created a lot of folders I find useless. If you don't like how LMS functions, you can always seek out a different music server. ![]() ![]() However, you cannot change the way LMS functions. This will also remove these items from your PCP screen. You can remove/hide some of these Menu Items by going to LMS > Settings > Player Tab > Additional Browse Modes, and unchecking those you do not wish to see, click "Apply" bottom right. I would like to keep that same arrangement, not the one I see on PCP now.How many times do you need to be told? They are not folders, they are Menu items. Inside it other artist folder there were subfolder, the end folders being the albums, with the themes inside. Inside it, the only organization I did was by artist. The only thing I did, on the LMS setup, was to tell it where my Music folder was. Where are those folders located? Can I rearrange them in a different way? I assume it has to be stored in some temp file, or will it disappear when I turn my PC off or reboot Firefox. If it was not LMS, what program did that? ![]() Something did create all those folders on LMS and organized the folders and records in a certain way.
